Hi, earlier this year, I paid a subscription for 6 magazine, you sent me Issue 13, (which was the current issue when I subscribed) and 2 back issues which were Issues 11 and 12. Since then I have not had any further magazine from you. I have tried to contact you by email but there has been no reply. I posted on SlotForum and the Editor and Sub-Editor, (Gary), replied and promised to sort this out for me. That was on 7th. September, still no magazine arrived.
The last correspondence I had was on 18th. September and Gary said he had spoken to the subscriptions department personally and a they promised to look into it, sort it out and get a magazine out to me. Of course, this hasn’t happened.
I believe that you owe me 3 magazine from Issue 14 onwards, I would like you to send them to me a the earliest opportunity please.

Michael, sorry to read you’re still having a problem with your subscription. I’ve copied your message to admin. colleagues and Gary, asking that the former reply as they have details of your subs. I chased up your subscription issues as promised. It seems there was some confusion as you had made 2 subscriptions simultaneously, but I understand these have now been combined. You should have received all outstanding issues by now, and we are pleased to say your subscription has been extended as an act of goodwill by ADH publishing.
